This was my dinner tonight.  The idea started when I got a deal on thick porkchops at the grocery store on my way home from the office.  Having skipped lunch and breakfast, I was hangry so I decided to stuff them to make them even more filling.

The end result was a tasty Thai spiced three meat and three cheese concoction.

Ingredients:
2 thick boneless porkchops
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices Havarti cheese
4 slices Dutch gouda
2 slices spicy Genoa salami
4 slices natural bacon
Thai spices
No Salt

Recipe:
1) butterfly the porkchops
2) stuff the chops with salami, and cheese
3) wrap tightly with bacon to ensure your cheesey goodness remains contained.
4) bake in preheated oven at 375 for 10 min on either side
5) broil for 5 min on either side (or until bacon is cooked to your liking)
